Build and publish

Create single-page or guided multi-step forms with eleven field types, conditional visibility and forward routing, templates, branding, completion messages, redirects, preview, autosave, and conflict-aware publishing.

Files

Collect one private PDF, DOCX, or text attachment up to 10 MB per file field. Files remain quarantined until malware scanning returns a clean result.

Responses and delivery

Search, filter, classify, delete, and export responses. Review engagement and drop-off analytics. Send new responses to a Formfolk-created Google Sheet, email destination, or signed webhook with visible delivery state and bounded recovery.

Website use

Publish hosted forms or use a responsive inline embed. Organization identity, logos, colors, typography, density, button shape, and completion behavior can be customized.

Current boundaries

Accounts are currently owned by one creator. Formfolk does not yet provide shared workspaces, roles, ownership transfer, custom domains, version restore, historical Google response migration, payments, signatures, scheduling, calculations, an ATS, a CRM, or enterprise compliance guarantees.
