These terms govern access to Formfolk and are intended to keep the service useful, lawful, and respectful.

Using Formfolk
You may use Formfolk to create forms and collect responses if you can legally enter this agreement. You are responsible for your account, the forms you publish, and having an appropriate reason and permission to collect the information you request.
Acceptable use
Do not use Formfolk for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity. This includes phishing, spam, impersonation, malware distribution, harassment, collecting information without appropriate notice or consent, or attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
Your content
You retain ownership of the forms and content you create. You grant Formfolk the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to operate the service. You must have the rights needed for anything you submit or collect.
Availability and changes
Formfolk is currently an evolving service. Features may change, and interruptions can occur. We will aim to preserve creator data and communicate material changes, but the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, respondents, the service, or the law. You may stop using Formfolk and request account deletion at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Formfolk is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for how a form creator uses collected responses.
