Is my guest draft saved?

Yes. Before sign-in, your current draft is stored in that browser. When you sign in from the builder, Formfolk moves it into your account automatically.

Why can’t I edit a published form immediately?

Editing creates draft changes. Publish again when you are ready for respondents to see the new version.

Can I remove a response?

Yes. Open the form in your workspace, find the response, and choose delete.

How do I disconnect Google Forms import?

Open Import from Google Forms and choose Disconnect. Formfolk removes its temporary token immediately and asks Google to revoke it. Drafts already created remain in Formfolk, your Google Forms remain unchanged, and a later import requires a new Google connection.

Where do webhook deliveries appear?

Open the form dashboard and scroll to Integrations. Recent attempts show whether delivery was queued, successful, or failed.

Security concerns

If you believe you found a security issue, include “Security” in the subject line and provide reproduction details without accessing anyone else’s data.
